jacqueline wilson kiss review

I think that the book I read, kiss by jacquline wilson is a really good book. it builds tension and its not the type of book in which you can easily guess what is going to happen.

I'd give the book 3 stars as it has some parts to were it gets confusing and i don't think its as appealing. but then the story line got pretty prodictable and rubbish near the end and it didn't really end that well, but its well written and most parts are enjoyable and funny

it's about a girl and a boy who are best friends, but then they go to different schools. the girl basically gets kind of bullied except not really as she becomes friends with the new girl who everyone adores. deep down, Sylvie ( the girl) always dreamt of marrying Carl ( the boy). they have been writting a book together about her being the princess and him being the prince. but soon he starts to be distant as he finds a new friend who goes to his all boys school.

Sylvie and her new friend go on a "double date" with Carl and his friend, and Carl ends up trying to kiss his friend :O. then he gets beaten up as everyone finds out what he had done and people made fun of him. then Sylvie and her friend go to his school and defend him.

  1. You did a good, thorough review and summary of the book, and I like how you were honest by saying that it was a bit boring at the end. Sounds like a good book :)
